Coven

Over the course of a year, eight artists connected regularly online, learning from each other and forming a unique creative bond. Selected for representation and guided by curators Pam Marlene Taylor and Kaylan Buteyn, this group of women created work exploring the impacts of relational dynamics, including portals to past versions of themselves, the weight felt when caretaking, fractured relationships, and the mending it takes to remain whole rather than be defined by who you are to others. The artworks exhibited represent a range of relational experiences, each piece demonstrating an unseen transformative influence.
